Land development (like digging a pond to use the dirt for fill on a new structure)
Building a home

Permits take roughly 2-3 weeks with Harden Custom Homes. With other builders this process can be extended to up to 2 months. Usually there is a lack of project management there. Harden wants your home built as fast as you do.

New construction properties must specify status of construction.  There are three (3) status types available in the MLS:

  1. Pre-Construction – permit pulled no dirt moved
  2. Under – dirt moved no Certificate of Occupancy
  3. New – Certificate of Occupancy has been issued – never occupied

Know the facts!

We want all of our Harden Custom Homes clients to be knowledgeable. It just helps us stand out from the rest :)
