Our Dolphin St. project located in Estero, Florida is a custom Michaela plan elevated on piers and set on a piling and grade beam foundation. The plan is a 3 bedroom plus office Great Room style floor plan with 3 full baths. The lanai is extended and elevated with a view of the custom pool/spa below as well as the salt-water gulf access canal. The home is adorned from head to toe with many custom finishes selected to compliment the lifestyle of our wonderful owners. The custom cabinetry, counter tops, shower finishes as well as the flooring were all hand selected as part of our awesome color selection meetings! The pool is designed with an elevated spa with granite spillway. Every feature was hand selected through our design/build process and it shows in the beautiful finshed product.
