Splurge Here and There Remember that you will be living in your new custom home, so make sure you make it the way you want and the way you’ll enjoy and be comfortable in.  This means it’s probably a good idea to splurge here and there to make sure you get things just right so that you don’t regret any decisions you were forced into because you didn’t want to spend just a little extra.  Those little things will add up, and the last thing you want is to be dissatisfied with your brand new custom home.
