This is a remarkable feat especially in today’s volatile market. Aside from the blessings that we receive from our Heavenly Father, I feel that one of the things that has sustained us over the years has been our unyielding approach to a quality product. Our high standard of quality was set forth early on by my dad Thomas Harden, who founded the company on the very simple rule of doing things properly! This was evident in his post-closing care as well. As we carry on the legacy set forth by the founder, it pleases me to announce the addition of a warranty request form posted on our web site. It is simple to use and I feel that it will help us stay in touch with the needs of our valuable customers. We are very particular about keeping the warranty backlog “under 30 days”. With exception of a few vendor product issues, we are proud to have been able to maintain this goal. As an added measure, all warranty requests are copied-in to the principals of the company so they can be aware of any problems that might be arising with subcontractors and vendors. This level of accountability will help us maintain the high standards that you have come to expect from us.
